Where’s My Order

Currently, orders take approximately 7-10 business days to prepare prior to be shipped out. The extremely high demand for 4EverFresh products, coupled with the fact that the vast majority of items offered are made by hand, prevents us from shipping out orders sooner. Business days are Monday-Friday, and exclude national holidays. Due to the volume of orders, orders placed during restocks take approximately 15 business days to fulfill.

Once the shipping label for your order is created you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your UPS tracking number. Once your parcel is in UPS possession you will see movement with your tracking. At that point customers can monitor shipment of their order until it arrives at its destination.

Prior to finalizing their orders, customers are advised to double-check and make sure they have provided a correct and accurate email address for their order. Failure to do so will result in missed purchase and shipping confirmation emails. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect email address during your purchase – please be sure to email us so that we can update the email address on our end. The same applies for incorrect, outdated, and insufficient shipping addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a sufficient shipping address for their order during checkout. Failure to do so results in shipping delays, and/or shipping returns where the customer incurs the cost for spoiled items and shipping. If you realize that you have provided an inadequate shipping address during checkout be sure to email us as quickly as possible so that we can correct/update the shipping address on our end.

If you have provided the correct email address for your order, and still haven’t received shipping confirmation information after 10 business days of placing your order, please email info@4everfreshfemininecareproduvcts.com so that the status of the order can be verified. Orders where the shipping and billing names/addresses do not match are flagged for fraud – and are not shipped out. The authorized user of the card would need to email us, with a photo of their state-issued ID, along with written consent for their card to be charged for the items being purchased. If the authorized user of the card does not provide this information to us alongside of making the purchase, then the order is canceled and refunded on our end. Refunds take 1-3 business days to be processed depending on your banking institution.
