All sales are final; no product exchanges permitted. 4EverFresh Memberships (i.e. Soap Junkies, VIP Platinum, VIP Diamond, VIP Gold) are non-refundable.

Refund requests ARE SOLELY PERMITTED for defective/damaged items.  

Emails regarding damaged or defective items must be sent to: customercare@4everfreshfemininecareproducts.com

Customer emails must include proof of damage (picture evidence) alongside of a picture of the packing slip that accompanied the order. 

4EverFresh Feminine Care Products, LLC does not assume liability for:

a) shipping timelines that vary outside of typical USPS/UPS service deadlines

b) carrier damage of parcels

c) carrier mis-delivery of parcels

d) parcels returned to sender

e) shipping routes that deviate from typical carrier routes, causing delay in parcel delivery

In cases of instances mentioned above, which represent circumstances out of the direct/immediate control of 4EverFresh, refund requests will not be honored.
