Refund policy

All refund requests made within 24 hours of an order being placed will be granted. Customers must contact us using the chat feature on our site within 24 hours of their purchase, and include the order number to be refunded. 

All sales are final; no returns allowed. 

We review all customer complaints on an individual basis, investigate the validity of customer claims, and offer issue resolution that may result in a partial or full refund.
