Week 6 Postpartum Bundle

Our Week 6 Postpartum Bundle is designed for mothers to use once being cleared by their ob/gyn after their Week 6 post-delivery check-up appointment. This bundle includes two (2) of our iodine DIY douches,  4VerFresh vaginal probiotics, and a  lavender cinnamon vaginal steaming blend ~ and is safe to use for breastfeeding mothers. 

*Vaginal Irrigator for DIY douches must be purchased separately*

Recommended sequence for product use: 

1. Warm and use first iodine DIY douche
2. Insert vaginal probiotic at bedtime
3. Perform lavender cinnamon vaginal steam
4. Warm and use second iodine DIY douche 3 days after steaming
5. Insert vaginal probiotic at bedtime
